Relish is Warwick and Stephanie Hubber. We live in the San Juan Islands, off the Washington Coast. We are creative hospitality professionals who enjoy hosting and providing one of a kind, unique parties and gatherings.
Our focus is on supporting our local farmers and provadores by using locally grown and seasonal ingredients. Our desire for good food, wine, and the more fortified libation, combined with our continual urge to travel, gives us the footing to explore and share varied styles and attitudes towards entertaining and it provides us inspiration and the knowledge to experiment with new ingredients and food preparation techniques(new and old).
Our menus are inspired by our intent to create something new,… something great. This in conjunction with a clients wish, the weather, recent travels, or perhaps just the way the wind blows on a given day can, and does, induce the ideas which transpire onto a plate or into a glass.
